Sunrise Bed & Breakfast is a self-contained studio in Snells Beach. It is detached from the main house with it's own entrance. There are many things to see and do in the area with Sunrise Bed and Breakfast being the perfect base. Matakana, Sandspit and Kawau Island are right on the door step. 

The studio is across the road from the beach with views looking across the bay to Kawau Island. The view can be enjoyed from the sundeck which is equip with a table and chairs. A self-catering breakfast is supplied and there is a full supply of linen and bath towels.

The studio contains a queen sized bed and a seating area with TV. The kitchenette includes a fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, utensils and crockery. The bathroom includes a shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine. 

$135 per night. Maximum 2 people occupancy.
