From SH1, at the northern end of Warkworth, turn East onto Sandspit Road towards Scandrett Regional Park. Continue along Sandspit Road which transitions into Mahurangi Road. Continue along Mahurangi Road and once you reach Snells Beach, turn left onto Snells Beach Road at the first roundabout after The Warehouse. Sunrise Boulevard is the last road on the right which runs parallel to the beach. There is no letterbox at the property so look out for the street number on the front of the house.
